MSGL Vex Robotics - Lower Elementary
with Anya Shivilka
Wednesdays - 3:30 - 4:30 PM.
Ages - 7 and up
We've been prepping all year for this....a Robotics competition team. Our instructor Anya actually interned with them over the summer so we are really excited to have her here as a Coach.
Expectations - We want a team that is self-motivated and ready to work. We have to build our robots, test them, and make a presentation. We might have to meet outside of our scheduled meet-up so please be understanding if we need to meet over the weekend or longer on weekdays. This will happen closer to the competition.
The competition is February 28 in Vincennes, Indiana. We'd like all of the team to be there so please put in your calendars NOW.
We only have eight spots so register quickly.
Will run

The International Rube Goldberg Machine Team Competition is May 16, 2025.
Join our team to make the ultimate machine that finds the award-winning creative way to OPEN A BOX. We're looking for FIVE team members who are easily motivated, hard workers, who love a good challenge. Last year's elementary team won second place and we have five returning members who want to emphasize that they want students who are fun to work with, nice, and will try their hardest to make the best and most creative machine that will win first place!
The fee includes the cost of materials and we'll ask parents to also help us find donations. Times may vary based on the building progress.

Description
Chaos, madness, war, these words describe the world of Azabahn since the new God of the Dead has risen to her role. Lo Nokhim, the God of the Dead, has made residence in the great rising city of the dead, Nok’Maheera, and has taken this new epoch of the dead for her own. The God, a woman of games and gimmicks, desires nothing more than entertainment of any form from her deceased subjects, promising an all-powerful wish to those who pass her challenges and appease her the greatest. Join me for a silly, spooky, game show-esque DND campaign set in my homebrew (self-made) setting of Azabahn! Raise your silly bones and rise to the challenges of the Mad God!
