For 6th Graders and Up! This is an introduction to the Stock Market by using a stock market simulator through the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA). Students will divide into teams and use imaginary money to buy and sell different kinds of securities. The goal is to have basic skills in analyzing and researching. There is a national game and contest for students called the Stock Market Game, for 4 - 12th graders. Last year, we had a 1st Place team and in both semesters, we had 5 teams place in the top 20 out of over 200 teams. Students must bring their own computer.

Tippecanoe County turns 200!

In collaboration with the Tippecanoe County Historical Association, our students will research local artifacts and create a stop motion movie. 

This is a four-Monday series in April, from 3 - 4 PM. 

April 7 - Meet at the History Center. Learn about local artifacts and create story boards. 

April 14 - Learn how to use stop motion animation from instructor Francille. 

April 21 - fine tune your projects. 

April 28 - present at (TBD).
