For 6th Graders and Up! Last semester's students welcome to sign up again. This is an introduction to the Stock Market by using a stock market simulator through the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA). Students will divide into teams and use imaginary money to buy and sell different kinds of securities. The goal is to have basic skills in analyzing and researching. There is a national game and contest for students called the Stock Market Game, for 4 - 12th graders. Last year, we had a 1st Place team and in both semesters, we had 5 teams place in the top 20 out of over 200 teams. Students do not need to bring their own computers.
