Purdue Industrial Engineering Student Daniela Graterol will lead a session helping our students understand how communication, perception, and human behavior impact system performance. Students write step-by-step instructions for making a sandwich. She will then follow instructions literally, exposing gaps! This will be fun and silly while showing how unclear communication leads to errors, inefficiency, and rework.

Who will be the owner, team, and front line worker. Our goal is for students to understand efficiency, fairness, and inclusion of ideas.
